Quick troubleshooting of LED display blackout

Occasionally a display is blacked out partially or fully when it's working. Therefore, it's important to understand why the problem comes up and how to fix it quickly.



If the whole display is blacked out, please check whether if it's powered on. And please check the LAN cables used to connect to the controller is loose or falls off. And check whether the monitor is black or pure blue if synchronous mode is used for the screen.


If one or several modules are blacked out, please check the flat riboon cable/HUB board and 5V power cable is connected properly.
